One of my favorite parts of class is the fun, positive, joyful energy Zenae brings. I always look forward to class knowing it will be a fun time and also a great workout! I’m pretty aware at this point in my life, that I carry a lot of stress in my body and that physical activity is an outlet that helps me release a lot of that energy. Having a constant, focused time on a regular basis to release that energy, has been very helpful for both my physical and mental health.   Zenae’s class is a lot of fun. You don’t need to be intimidated to give it a try, as there is a variety of intensity levels in the class. She gives modifications and always encourages you do your own thing. It is a very low pressure and non-judgmental space.

About me

I have a deep passion for health wellness and fitness, and I'm dedicated to helping people reach optimal health and wellness, reducing the chance of sickness and disease. I truly believe that health is the true wealth, and it's never too late to start treating yourself better. You're more powerful than you know and give yourself credit for, and we can take back control of our health and lives into our own hands. I am committed to bringing these beliefs into my practice to empower my clients on their journey.

My Journey toward health began 11 years ago when my youngest daughter, who suffers from epilepsy and a cognitive delay, had to undergo a two-part brain surgery. During that time, my stress was at an all -time high, my emotions were all over the place, and for the first time in my life, my blood pressure was elevated. I didn't want to rely on medication, so I knew some lifestyle changes had to be made. I realized that I couldn't care for my child if I didn't take care of myself, so I choose to invest in my mind and body. It's been a powerful, enlightening, uplifting journey, and well worth the ride.

Now my mission is to share my experience with others in this busy world suffering unnecessarily. You don't have to continue functioning in survivors mode. It's time to Thrive, and you can start today! A new transformed YOU is right around the corner.
